6TH AGE TEETH AND COVERING FISSUR, APPLICATION of FLUOR
Adults must take their children to the dentist when their initial milk teeth are completely come out following the ages 2.5 -3 in every 6 months. As earliest age as they are, children will be accustomed to the dentist, clinic and any problem in the health of mouth-teeth can be prevented.
The period is very important when the 6th age permanent teeth come out and develop. The permanent teeth come out just after the molar milk teeth completed when children are 2.5-3 years old, on upper and lower chin at the front and back on the right and left side.
These teeth must be protected, because they are going to be guide indirectly to the molar teeth and their settlement.
6th age teeth have to be cured when they are caroused because any other teeth will not replace them. But we can take care before any carious formation occurs. The child had met with the dentist at the earliest time, will pay more attention to her/his mouth hygiene. Also for the protection of the teeth, dentist applies fissure covering on the teeth (which will not give any pain, won’t needed anesthesia and is very easy to apply). The treatment is supplied by controlling the teeth periodically in every 6th months. At the same time it is very important that the parents have to follow the child’s attitude of brushing her/his teeth correctly.
The same treatment is required in the future for the following 12th age molar teeth.
It is just an enigma to use flour tablets yet. Some childrens doctor easily offer to use (fluor*tablets but dentists are not sure if this systemic application is required. They think that there is no need for it when there is enough *fluore in the drinking water, in the food even also in the baby’s (mama). They can only offer it at the lack of the (fluore). The teeth enamel which is called flowrosis, can turn to brown with the excess of fluor. Better result will be obtained if the (flueur) is applied on to the top of surface directly. |
